Sharps Technology rises 70% after raising 400 million dollars for the Solana Treasury

The company Sharps Technology (STSS), which is listed on Nasdaq, rose by up to 70% on Monday after raising 400 million dollars to establish what it claims could become the largest corporate digital asset treasury of Solana (SOL).

The firm's fundraising was backed by some of the most active investors in digital assets, such as ParaFi, Pantera, FalconX, CoinFund, and Arrington Capital.

According to the agreement, shares were sold at 6.50 dollars per unit, with attached warrants exercisable at 9.75 dollars. The closing of the operation is expected on August 28.
