I recently saw this insight, and I think it's quite accurate. What does everyone think?
I always feel that the market won't end at this stage because all products in the crypto space, including Ethereum and altcoins, haven't shown much improvement. The enthusiasm for Ethereum breaking its historical high hasn't brought much, and on the contrary, it has faced a pullback after reaching new highs. If it ends here, then who benefits? Institutions and listed companies? Most of Ethereum's cost is still around the 3 range, while most institutions' cost for Bitcoin is around 70,000. So, after all that effort and so much capital, to only achieve this percentage of profit seems unlikely.
If you say that the expectations of institutions and listed companies are different from retail investors, then fine. Now many altcoins are also showing crypto reserves, which means they are genuinely using money to buy. Moreover, most altcoins are just holding on and haven't started to perform, so ending here doesn't align with logical expectations.
Also, now some people are using peak escape indicators to view market expectations. All market indicators are lagging; currently, just one statement from Trump can influence market trends and expectations. So, using these indicators to judge bull and bear trends shows that those who understand will understand.
To signal an end, it would definitely require some listed companies to start selling coins, or altcoins' crypto reserves to sell coins, which might indicate an end. Because Ethereum was bought up by the listed companies' crypto reserve strategy since June. Otherwise, could these fluctuations be driven by the Ethereum team alone? Impossible. The Ethereum Foundation is continuously offloading, constantly affecting the market. I wonder if everyone still remembers that there was a time when the Ethereum Foundation sold Ethereum, and the next day Ethereum would react and pull back.
In fact, the logic is similar to how these ancient whales are selling Bitcoin to buy Ethereum now; it's just that the funds of these whales haven't left the crypto space. But when these listed companies sell, it's different. When listed companies sell, it's likely they are cashing out directly, keeping an eye on this action can also be seen as a peak signaling indicator.
