If my old calculator knew what LA was doing, it would probably be so jealous it would smoke—it's only capable of honestly calculating 1+1=2, while Lagrange's zero-knowledge proof network can actually let me 'verify the result without exposing the data'! For example, yesterday I used LA to validate an AI inference task: on-chain, I only saw the proof that 'the conclusion is correct' without any clue whether the original data was a cat picture or a Trump tweet. This kind of computing, which is both private and reliable, is like giving blockchain a heavenly eye! The downside is that there aren't many supported applications at the moment, and I occasionally have to keep an eye on the node task list to grab orders. But thinking about the future where I can use LA to verify medical data without exposing medical records makes me feel like this staking is definitely worth it.
