The displayed image is from the Binance application and shows the Order Book screen for the trading pair BTC/USDT. I will explain the elements:

Pair BTC/USDT

Means trading Bitcoin against the digital dollar USDT.

Current Price (110,080 USDT)

This is the last price at which Bitcoin is being traded.

We notice that the price is down by -2.95% over the period (usually 24 hours).

Order Book

The red column (on the left): Sell Orders (Ask) = prices at which sellers want to sell Bitcoin.

The green column (on the right): Buy Orders (Bid) = prices at which buyers want to buy Bitcoin.

Quantity (the small number next to the price): The volume of Bitcoin offered for sale or purchase at this price.

Supply and Demand Ratio (at the top of the image)

31% in red = percentage of sell orders.

69% in green = percentage of buy orders.

This means that the market currently has more buying pressure than selling.

Price Difference (Spread)

The smallest difference between the highest buy price and the lowest sell price. For example:

Highest Buy Price: 110,079.99 USDT

Lowest Sell Price: 110,080.00 USDT

The difference = only $0.01 (which is normal in a highly liquid market).

Buttons at the bottom of the screen

"Buy" in green: to open a buy order for BTC against USDT.

"Sell" in red: to open a sell order for BTC against USDT.
