Cross-chain operations have always been a pain point for many users: which bridge to choose, how long to wait, whether the fees are reasonable, often giving people a headache.

Caldera's Bridge Preview, launched in July, aims to resolve this long-standing issue. Its logic is very straightforward: users only need to tell the system "I want to transfer USDC to another chain"; as for which route to take, which bridge to use, and which fees and speeds are optimal, all of that is handled by the intelligent path selection in the background.

This is particularly important because if the cross-chain experience is not well executed, it can impact new users' confidence in the entire Web3. Caldera, leveraging Metalayer, unifies the liquidity of multiple chains, allowing funds to arrive as quickly as “instant.”

Moreover, the transfer of stablecoins further integrates Eco's low-cost channel, which means that for those ordinary users who just want to complete cross-chain transfers quickly, there is almost no learning curve.

The Bridge Preview is currently still in the preview stage, with a waiting list open. Its positioning is not only as a bridge aggregator but also as the first piece of the puzzle for Caldera's creation of the “Internet of Chains.”

In the long term, this means that new users and institutions can directly access the official entry point to obtain the default best experience, no longer needing to struggle among dozens of bridges.
