Kalshi appoints crypto KOL John Wang to lead crypto business

According to reports, Kalshi recently hired John Wang, a KOL and entrepreneur in the crypto field, as the head of its crypto business to deepen its layout in the digital asset domain. Before joining Kalshi, Wang provided consulting services for crypto startups and wrote content related to cryptocurrencies and finance on social media platforms. Wang has extensive experience; he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and founded Armor Labs, which was later acquired by another company. Wang stated that currently all major fintech companies regard cryptocurrency strategy as a core component. Regarding Kalshi's cryptocurrency plans, he mentioned several different initiatives are prepared, with one of the initial tasks being to create more trading markets that resonate with cryptocurrency culture and closely follow market dynamics, directly attracting users from the cryptocurrency space.
