Be patient and wait for a panic sell-off before considering bottom fishing. Perhaps some altcoins are performing well during the Bitcoin rebound, but Bitcoin's decline is still very obvious. When Bitcoin is weak and altcoins are strong, it often indicates the end of a trend.
