Why did Huma 2.0 explode after its launch? An analysis of the three major upgrade points to understand its underlying growth logic.

After the launch of Huma 2.0 on Solana, trading volume, liquidity, and number of users surged, and it wasn't a coincidence. This was due to three key upgrades that penetrated the underlying logic of PayFi's growth.

The first upgrade is 'more focused scenarios.' In Huma 1.0, it tried some non-core scenarios (such as regular cryptocurrency asset lending), but in 2.0, these were cut out, focusing directly on the three core scenarios of 'future income collateral': personal salary lending, business invoice financing, and cross-border remittance financing. This made it clear to users what 'Huma can solve for me,' eliminating the need to sift through a pile of functions and attracting a large number of precise users.

The second upgrade is 'smoother experience.' In 1.0, after users uploaded income proof, the review took several hours; in 2.0, by optimizing the smart contract algorithm and connecting more third-party data sources (such as banks and enterprise ERP systems), the review time was shortened to a few minutes, with some loans approved on the spot. Moreover, a simpler UI was developed, allowing ordinary people to operate without needing to learn, greatly reducing the threshold for use.

The third upgrade is 'more open ecosystem.' In 2.0, Huma opened its API interfaces, allowing other projects to connect to its PayFi network — for example, cross-border e-commerce platforms on Solana can integrate Huma's invoice financing feature to help their suppliers activate cash flow; remittance apps can connect to Huma's early remittance feature to enhance their service highlights. This not only diversified Huma's scenarios but also brought a large number of new users through partners, forming a 'positive ecological cycle.'

It is these three major upgrades that allowed Huma 2.0 to address users' real pain points while lowering the thresholds for use and collaboration, resulting in natural explosive growth.
