According to BlockBeats news on August 24, Linea's official statement indicated that Status Network combines native ETH yields, stablecoin yields, and commissions from native application fees, and will be the first to offer LINEA token yield farming, allowing users to deposit LINEA and SNT tokens to enhance LINEA token yields.
BlockBeats previously reported that on August 20, 2024, Status is collaborating with Consensys-supported Linea to launch a Layer 2 rollup solution. Both parties are jointly developing a Layer 2 network that will run in parallel with Linea's zkEVM chain, called Status Network. Contributors from Status will interact with Linea's open-source code and actively participate in managing its codebase to maintain a parallel version.
