2. Key Dates and Reward Rules

- Ranking snapshot time: August 23 at 9:00 UTC, at which point the list of the top 100 creators will be determined.

- Verification window: Within 24 hours after the snapshot (i.e., before August 24 at 9:00 UTC), the top 100 creators must complete platform verification.
