Two wallets just received significant ETH inflows from Galaxy:

• A new wallet (0xa7a) got 4,812 ETH (~$23M).

• Another address (0xDda) received 2,000 ETH (~$9.63M).

In total, that’s 6,812 ETH (≈$32.6M) moved out of Galaxy into these two wallets.

Question is — are we looking at fresh accumulation by new participants, or simply strategic reallocations with limited short-term impact?
