Does this method sound like a fairy tale? But I’ve been at it for three years, and my account has grown from fifty thousand to eight million! Don’t talk to me about genius traders; I’m just a stubborn rookie who sticks to the rules!
Let’s get straight to the point:
Step One: Look at the K-line chart from the past 11 days and jot down all the currencies that have risen consecutively. If you encounter any that have three consecutive bearish candles, immediately put them in the cold storage and never use them again!
Step Two: Switch to the monthly chart and keep only those currencies where the MACD has just crossed positively. Highlight this! It must be a fresh cross, don’t bring up those stale crosses from the past!
Step Three: Here comes the key action! On the daily chart, keep a close eye on the 60-day moving average. When the price pulls back to this line and the trading volume suddenly spikes to twice the usual amount—this is the signal from heaven for you to take the money!
Step Four: Treat the 60-day line like your ancestor!
If the price is above the moving average, hold tight; if it drops below, cut losses immediately and run!
Sell in two batches: when it rises by 30%, sell one-third; when it rises by 50%, sell another one-third!
