Example: If you entered at $100, set DCA buys at: -10% ($90) i invest 20% capital -20% ($80) now DCA 15% capital -30% ($70) more 15% capital -40% ($60) more 10% capital This way, your average cost drops as the market falls. 3. Swing Trade Framework You’re not scalping or day trading — this is multi-week to multi-month holding. Target 15–40% swings depending on the asset’s volatility. Always set laddered sell targets: Sell 35% at +20% Sell 35% at +35% Hold the rest for a bigger move (50–100%). 4. Risk Management Keep cash reserves for extreme dips (Black Swan events). Never go all-in on the first buy. Allocate only 5–10% of total portfolio to a single asset. 5. “Win in Each Case” Logic If price goes up after 40% entry. You already have a solid position and can scale out with profit. If price goes sideways → You accumulate through DCA and reduce average entry cost. If price goes down → You continue to DCA and buy at a discount, lowering break-even.
