#ETH Big market tonight, did everyone catch it? My long position has been resolved, but my short position is still stuck, looking at 4800

The key point is that I encountered something strange today. I initially made a profit of 19u, then it went up to 51u, but the system has a bug, jumping between 51 and 19. I'm really fed up.

Should I contact customer service? Has anyone else experienced this?
