Ripple and SBI Holdings are preparing to launch the RLUSD stablecoin in Japan early next year, as the country's new stablecoin legislation opens the market to foreign issuers.

Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin will be distributed in Japan through SBI VC Trade, the licensed exchange of the group.
