Recently, the growth of @Treehouse Official is truly shocking. In just a few months, the TVL has surpassed 500 million USD, with over 145,000 ETH locked, and the number of users has exceeded 50,000.
What concerns me most is the performance of tETH. According to the official data released, in the past quarter, the annualized return of tETH has been 40–50 basis points higher than that of stETH. The logic behind this is quite simple: tETH has built-in arbitrage strategies that capture interest rate opportunities that were originally scattered across different protocols.
More importantly, tETH has never had a record of liquidation. This indicates that Treehouse's risk control system is very solid, and the strategy execution is stable, which is why they dare to showcase their achievements in public data.
In the uncertain market of DeFi, this kind of long-term stable growth data is the reason I am willing to continue holding and participating.
