If you ask what the Bitcoin ecosystem lacks the most, I would say it is the 'layer of use'. Having secure consensus is not enough; users and developers need a truly interactive layer. Bitlayer fills this gap. It is not creating a new public chain to replace Bitcoin, but rather choosing to build on top of Bitcoin to amplify its value. This is very important because it means the faster Bitlayer develops, the greater the ecological value of Bitcoin; the two are deeply interconnected. For those who are optimistic about Bitcoin in the long term, this is almost a natural extension of logic: where there is Bitcoin, there will be a demand for Bitlayer. In the future, it is possible that our daily transactions and application experiences will default to being completed on Bitlayer.
