WCT Assists Yimikang in Creating a Green and Efficient Data Center Energy-saving Cooling Solution

In the wave of digitalization, the energy consumption of data centers has attracted much attention. Yimikang provides a WCT full-variable frequency integrated intelligent fluorine pump natural cooling solution for a big data industrial park in Shandong Province (the construction level of the data center is Grade A, requiring PUE≤1.2). The park is located in a temperate monsoon climate zone, with distinct seasons and large temperature differences. Based on this, Yimikang customized 26 units of WCT equipment with a single cooling capacity of 290kW, adopting a full-variable frequency structure with variable frequency compressors, EC fans, and variable frequency fluorine pumps, which can dynamically adjust the operating status according to the load, avoiding cooling waste. At the same time, it is equipped with a high-pressure mist device that activates spray evaporative cooling during the hot and dry summer to lower the inlet temperature and enhance the natural cooling effect; it shuts down in winter or during water shortages to achieve efficient resource utilization. The intelligent group control system equipped with the unit can automatically adjust the operating mode of the 26 devices based on parameters such as temperature and humidity inside and outside the computer room, achieving efficient collaboration. In addition, the unit adopts a standardized prefabricated structure, completing prefabrication and testing in the factory for quick installation and debugging on-site, shortening the delivery cycle. With this solution, Yimikang assists clients in meeting PUE assessment requirements, achieving efficient energy-saving and rapid production of the data center.
