WCT's Quality Control and Traceability in NetEase Yanxuan Fresh Supply Chain
In 2024, NetEase Yanxuan will deeply apply WCT technology in the fresh supply chain, building a fully traceable quality control system from the source farms and fishing grounds to the end consumers. The chain records monitoring data on the production environment of fresh products (such as soil fertility, water quality indicators), records of medication and fertilization during the breeding/growing process, hygiene inspection reports from processing workshops, and temperature curves of cold chain transportation. Consumers can scan the QR code through the NetEase Yanxuan APP to view complete traceability information. NetEase Yanxuan settles payments with suppliers through WCT, linking payments to product quality grades, thus incentivizing suppliers to enhance product quality. In 2024, this system will cover 80% of NetEase Yanxuan's fresh categories, with the complaint rate for fresh product quality decreasing by 90%, consumer trust in NetEase Yanxuan's fresh products increasing by 85%, driving a year-on-year sales growth of 40% in fresh products.
