WCT's Intelligent Operation and User Deposit Management for Qinjun Electric Bicycles
In 2024, Qinjun Electric Bicycles deepened the application of WCT. In addition to deposit custody, an intelligent operation and maintenance system was established based on on-chain vehicle location, riding trajectory, and fault reporting data. The system automatically analyzes high-frequency fault areas and time periods, proactively arranging maintenance personnel for repairs; based on vehicle usage frequency, it intelligently dispatches vehicles to demand hotspots. After users ride, the vehicle's battery level, braking performance, and other status data are recorded on-chain, providing a basis for subsequent maintenance. By the end of 2024, this model has been implemented in over 300 cities nationwide, with user deposit complaints decreasing by 98%, electric bicycle fault repair time reduced by 70%, average daily riding frequency increasing by 35%, and the urban electric bicycle travel experience significantly improved.
