⚖️ Do they want to jail for crypto in Pennsylvania?
Democrat Ben Waxman introduced bill HB1812, which could radically change the rules for officials:
— ban on crypto transactions over $1000 during and one year after service;
— mandatory sale of assets within 90 days;
— fines up to $50,000 or up to 5 years in prison for violations.
Formally — "fighting conflicts of interest". But it looks like an attempt to root out officials from crypto.
