How to Stop Emotional Trading?

Identify your Problem in great depth.
Don't just say: "'i'm overtrading."
What exactly are you doing?
The full process, from start to finish. Once you get extremely clear on your problem,
you have to identify one main thing:
Find the Emotional Trigger, Just before you get emotional, there is always something that actually triggers you.
You have to carefully pinpoint this event.

Is it taking a stop loss? Or a take profit?
Is it being on a losing streak?
Is it seeing a big move and you want to get in?
ls it seeing another trader win?

Identifying the event before you get emotional will help you prevent it from happening again.
You then need discipline to step aside and stop trading, when you spot your trigger.
