Treehouse Finance is a project in the world of decentralized finance (DeFi) that seeks to solve an important problem: the lack of fixed income products.

Think of fixed income like government or corporate bonds, where you know in advance how much you will earn. In the world of cryptocurrencies, most earnings are variable and risky, making investment difficult for many.

✳️ What does it do?

Treehouse introduces two key concepts to solve this:

tAssets (Treehouse Assets): These are assets that generate returns. For example, if you deposit Ethereum (ETH), you receive a "tETH". The special thing about this is that this tETH aims to unify fragmented interest rates in the Ethereum ecosystem, offering optimized returns at the same time. In short, it helps make profit rates more predictable.

DOR (Decentralized Offered Rates): This is a decentralized reference interest rate. In traditional banking, there were rates like LIBOR, which served as a reference for many financial products. Treehouse seeks to create its own version on the blockchain, a rate that is transparent and serves as a basis for other projects to create fixed income products, such as swaps or fixed-rate loans.

Treehouse Finance is building an infrastructure so that fixed income, which is a pillar of traditional finance, can exist and grow in the space of decentralized finance.

The goal is to provide tools that allow investors, both large and small, to have more stability and less risk in their digital asset portfolios.
