Foresight News reports that U.S. Judge Jennifer L. Rochon ruled to unfreeze 57.6 million USDC related to the Libra token. Previously, she had frozen 57.6 million USDC in June, in a case where the plaintiffs sought over $100 million in damages. The frozen assets were held in two wallets controlled by defendants Hayden Davis (CEO of venture capital firm Kelsier Labs LLC) and Ben Chow (founder of decentralized exchange Meteora). 'Clearly, the compensation can be used to reimburse the proposed class action members, and the plaintiffs failed to prove that there was irreparable harm.' Therefore, she decided to lift the freeze.
