Listening to the Sea

The waves gently kiss the lips of the reef

Turning sunlight into silver foil

When the tide washes over my toes

I hear the blue whale humming ancient songs in the deep sea

The shell holds yesterday's tide sound

The wind blows the salty bitterness into cotton fluff

I sit in the folds of the beach

Counting the stars sent by the waves

When the morning sun sweeps over the lighthouse's eyelashes

All the noise sinks to the seabed

Only the heartbeat resonates with the tides

—— It turns out that loneliness

Is the blank space the sea gives to the soul
