Before the war in Ukraine, less than 1% of Indian oil came from Russia. Today, it is 42%.
The system allows India to make profits by buying Russian oil at low prices, reselling it, and pocketing 16 billion dollars in excess profits.
This opportunistic arbitrage is unacceptable.
