Solo CK: A Field for Adventurers

The Solo CK platform is nothing more than a simple and anonymous gathering dedicated to solo miners, without major guarantees or responsibilities. Although its share of mining power does not exceed very small parts of the global percentage (0.19% at its peak in 2025), its astonishing results have made its name echoed almost once a month with the news "Solo miner wins a block".

The success of a miner in this context is akin to buying a lottery ticket: the odds are very slim, but when luck smiles upon you, the reward is immense.

Between luck and the machine: the real equation

It may seem like pure luck, but as "Samuel Lee," the technical director at ASICKey, explains, computational power is equally important. Solo mining – according to him – "remains a game of odds, unless you have dozens of Petahashes per second, which is almost the minimum to ensure a reasonable statistical chance".

In numbers, owning a power of 1 PH/s gives you only one chance in 650,000 to win a block. Nonetheless, some of these adventurers prove that digital miracles are still possible, and that perseverance, along with a bit of patience and powerful equipment, can allow an individual to outshine armies.

Every time a solo miner succeeds in capturing a Bitcoin block, the old question resurfaces: Is mining still a field for small adventurers? Perhaps the path is tough and narrow.
