ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, Point72 Asset Management and ExodusPoint Capital Management, both under Steve Cohen, disclosed their holdings in cryptocurrency payment company Alt5 Sigma this Monday, with Point72 holding 4% worth approximately $26.7 million, and ExodusPoint's main fund once holding over 5%, currently at 4.75%, with a holding value of approximately $32.1 million.
On August 11, ALT5 Sigma announced that it had signed an agreement to sell 200 million shares of common stock through a registered direct offering and concurrent private placement at a price of $7.5 per share, raising a total of $1.5 billion. World Liberty Financial is the main investor in this private placement.
