Saad ur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, a famous Pakistani YouTuber, was arrested by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) on August 17, 2025, while attempting to leave the country at Lahore Airport. He is accused of promoting illegal gambling and betting apps like Binomo, 1xBet, Bet365, and B9 Game through YouTube. According to the FIR, he misled the public by portraying these platforms as investment opportunities, causing financial loss, and worked as the country manager for Binomo without permission.
The case against him has been registered under the Electronic Crimes Act 2016 for fraud, forgery, spamming, and spoofing, in addition to sections 420 and 294-B of the Pakistan Penal Code. Investigators included 27 videos and WhatsApp chats as evidence against him and seized his mobile phone.
After the court appearance, the magistrate granted a two-day remand, and he will be presented in court again on August 19. Ducky Bhai is legally represented by lawyer Zain Ali Qureshi. Earlier this year, a case was registered against Ducky Bhai for reckless driving on the motorway, for which he was granted bail.
