The Battle of MOVE Public Chains: The Differences Between SUI and APT

Is there hope for APT to replicate the pump of SUI?

Core Difference: Execution Model

On the surface, Sui and Aptos have many similarities:

Both are developed based on the Move programming language;

Both promise high scalability;

Both aim for large-scale applications in Web3.

Sui: Adopts a true parallel execution model, which means it can process thousands of transactions simultaneously, avoiding network congestion issues.

Aptos: Uses Block-STM technology. Although it attempts to achieve parallel processing, it still requires sequential validation of transactions, which inevitably slows down overall processing speed.

Currently, APT's 4.46 candlestick has been in a downtrend. Although the team has been working recently, with stable growth in TVL attracting DeFi users, it has been consistently dragging down. In the short term, I won't consider it for swing trading; for the long term, I lean more towards SUI.

SUI can be said to be the strongest new public chain king from 2024 to now, nearly rising 10x from the bottom, currently around 3.5. The K-line of SUI has been relatively stable, with pullbacks followed by rebounds. The price remains stable between $3 and $4. As for the prospects of the coin, I am more optimistic about SUI#加密市场回调 $BTC
