Something really interesting happened today that I couldn't ignore. The Qubic community, which has been attracting attention lately in the crypto space, voted to shift its focus directly to Dogecoin. This comes right after the chaos of the 51% attack on Monero, and honestly changes the narrative. Instead of sticking with the old story, the attention is moving directly to DOGE — and that tells me the community believes it’s worth the energy now.
For me, this is a big deal. Dogecoin is generally seen as the fun, meme-driven currency, but moments like this can give it a completely new focus. When a strong community starts to rally around $DOGE, it usually generates bigger moves in price and excitement.
At the same time, regulators in Japan are about to approve their first yen-backed stablecoin, JPYC. This may seem unrelated, but it shows me how crypto adoption is rapidly changing in Asia. Combine stronger regulatory momentum with DOGE suddenly becoming the target of new community energy, and it seems like a recipe for greater attention on this currency.
