Family, recently I've been navigating the cryptocurrency world and discovered an incredible new thing - Bitlayer. Let's start by talking about Bitcoin, which is the big brother of the crypto world, very stable, but it has a major flaw: transactions are slow and fees are high. Trying to create complex smart contracts is even harder than climbing to the sky, like driving an old car on the highway, no matter how you step on the accelerator, it just won't pick up speed.

Until Bitlayer appeared, giving Bitcoin a major 'upgrade'! It is the first Layer 2 Rollup solution compatible with EVM for Bitcoin. On the technical side, Bitlayer adopts an innovative aggregation architecture, directly verifying state transitions on the Bitcoin base layer, solidly inheriting Bitcoin's 'security shield'. Moreover, it is fully compatible with EVM, allowing Ethereum developers to easily get started with familiar tools like Solidity, migrating Ethereum applications without any pressure, directly lowering the development threshold.

Looking at the development plan, it progresses steadily in three phases. Starting from April 2024 with the PoS-based mainnet V1, to the BitVM-based Rollup V2 in the first and second quarters of 2025, and finally to the super upgraded V3 in the fourth quarter of 2025.
