RISE, as the fourth project of Kaito Capital Launchpad, will start tonight,

with a fundraising goal of 2 million USDC, 50% unlocked at TGE, and 50% unlocked after TGE + 6 months,

from August 23 to 26 for confirming subscription counts, FCFS round on August 27,

but so far, the previous projects have not received tokens, and the community's response has been very loud.

Additionally, @rise_chain will unlock 50% after TGE + 6 months, and I estimate that the rules will be modified.
