Could a Metalayer make every rollup play nicely together?

Caldera is building a “Rollup Engine” and a Metalayer that eases launching, operating, and composing rollups — essentially Rollup-as-a-Service plus a unifying fabric for shared liquidity and intent-based bridging. The core value: reduce duplication (each app doesn’t need to bootstrap its own security) while unlocking seamless cross-rollup UX.
