The whale that bought Ethereum in 2014 has awakened: paid only $100, and this is its current value
According to Lookonchain data, the wallet '0x61b9', which participated in the Ethereum (ETH) initial coin offering (ICO) and had not engaged in any activity for a long time, transferred 334.7 ETH (about $1.48 million) to another wallet today.
The concerned investor invested only $104 during the initial coin offering in 2014, earning a profit of 334.7 Ethereum. After ten years, the value of these assets reached $1.48 million, equivalent to a return of 14,269 times.

Meanwhile, Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the U.S. have seen notable developments. Last week, Ethereum ETFs recorded their highest weekly inflows and trading volume in history. The total trading volume of Ethereum ETFs reached $18.2 billion, approaching the trading volume of Bitcoin ETFs at $21.2 billion.
As of Friday, U.S. Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw a net outflow of $14.13 million, ending a seven-day streak of inflows. However, the leading Bitcoin ETF, IBIT, managed by BlackRock, experienced a net inflow of $114.4 million. The Grayscale GBTC fund saw outflows of $81.8 million, while the Ark and 21Shares fund saw outflows of $46.7 million.
