European leaders, including Germany’s Chancellor Friedrich Merz, France’s President Emmanuel Macron, the U.K.’s Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, reaffirmed their support for Ukraine, emphasizing that territorial borders cannot be changed by force.
