Very deep words from the experience of Abu Karam:
Breaking the resistance level in an altcoin is not enough to propel the price upwards; a surge in buying and general market relief must accompany the break. Additionally, Bitcoin or Ethereum should not be in a strong resistance price area. However, if the break of resistance in the altcoin is a result of sideways trading and liquidity has entered that coin, in this case, the size of the increase will be proportional to the amount of liquidity, and thus the impact of Bitcoin will be negligible, only making the price advance or upward momentum slow, as clearly shown on the Adx indicator.
Nevertheless, if the altcoin breaks a resistance area due to incoming liquidity, and this coincides with Bitcoin breaking a resistance area with strong buying momentum, a significant price explosion may occur.
