The company raised $1.1 billion through the offering of 30 million shares, valuing the company at $5.4 billion. Bullish's shares debuted on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol BLSH, opening at $90 per share and reaching an intraday high of $118, representing a gain of more than 215% from the IPO price.
