Dear Binance Support Team,
I am writing to formally report a serious P2P scam incident that I have faced while selling USDT through your platform.
I sold Rs. 264,000 worth of USDT to a merchant after verifying his profile and history. The buyer sent the payment to my bank account, but unfortunately, the payment was made through a third-party account instead of his own verified account.
After around 1 hour of receiving the payment, my bank account was blocked and the payment was put on hold due to a dispute raised by the sender. I immediately contacted the buyer via call (no response) and later via WhatsApp, where he informed me that this was a “chain dispute.”
To investigate further, I visited the bank branch (OPM), where I was informed that a dispute of Rs. 264,000 had been lodged against the transaction.
I have already submitted an application to the bank and reported this matter to Binance. However, Binance Support is asking for bank proof, which is difficult to obtain as banks in Pakistan generally do not provide printouts of internal dispute emails or call recordings.

I request Binance to urgently review this case and take strict action against the fraudulent buyer. Since this is a clear violation of Binance P2P rules (third-party payment & dispute fraud), I kindly ask you to:
1. Freeze the buyer’s Binance account immediately.
2. Assist me in recovering my blocked funds.
3. Provide guidance on the exact format of proof Binance will accept from the bank, so I can obtain it accordingly.
This matter is very urgent as a significant amount of my funds are at risk. I am also considering legal action through FIA Cyber Crime Pakistan if this issue is not resolved.
I trust Binance will handle this matter seriously and ensure user protection.
