We are still in the early phases of Altseason.
$ETH still hasn't hit a new ATH, which means alts won't get much liquidity.
Only after ETH hits a new ATH, people will start borrowing against ETH and then use that to buy alts.
This is how the next liquidity rotation into large-caps, mid-caps and low-caps will happen.
Until then, stack quality alts on the dips and just HODL.
