$XRP

is currently trading around $3.14 (+0.74%), and something unusual just showed up on the charts. Using the Squeeze Momentum Indicator (SMI), I compared two different timeframes — the 2-hour and the 1-hour.

Normally, the shorter timeframe (1H) flips green first before the longer timeframe (2H). That’s trading logic 101: smaller candles react faster, then the bigger ones follow.$XRP

But this time, it’s the opposite. The 2H chart already turned green, while the 1H chart is still red. Personally, I’ve never seen this before — it’s always been the other way around.

So what does this mean? It could suggest unusual momentum dynamics, maybe a hidden shift in buying pressure, or just market noise before a bigger move. Either way, it’s an eye-catcher for traders who live by the SMI. $XRP

Confusing? Definitely. Interesting? Without a doubt.
