YouTuber Ducky Bhai Arrested in Lahore Over Online Gambling Promotion Case š° Pakistani YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, better known as Ducky Bhai, was arrested on 17 August 2025 at Lahore Airport by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (N.C.C.I.A) while attempting to travel to Dubai šøš©. According to NCCIA officials, the arrest is linked to the alleged promotion of online gambling and betting applications on social media platforms. The First Information Report (F.I.R) includes multiple charges under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (P.E.C.A) 2016āsections 13 (Electronic Forgery), 14 (Electronic Fraud), 25 (Spamming), and 26 (Spoofing). In addition, sections 294-B and 420 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) have been applied, accusing him of promoting prize schemes and cheating. The Lahore court initially granted two days of physical remand, later extended until 23 August 2025, giving investigators more time to probe the matter. The case remains under trial, and the allegations have yet to be proven in court. In a related development, Ducky Bhaiās wife, Aroob Jatoi, was also summoned by the NCCIA for questioning. She secured pre-arrest bail from a Lahore court until 30 August, and her statement has already been recorded. At present, Ducky Bhai is in NCCIA custody while the investigation continues. Official statements emphasize that the case concerns financial harm caused to citizens through the promotion of illegal gambling platforms.
