Time really flies. Seeing Binance @binancezh's tweet, I just realized that #BinanceAlpha has reached the 100th period, and I have followed this activity from spring to autumn!
There’s an indescribable feeling in my heart — not just because of the number '100 periods', but more so because of the changes within myself and those around me along the way, it feels so real!
I still remember when I first saw Binance Alpha in April, I thought, 'Where is there such a good thing as free money?' It wasn't until I received the airdrop for the first time and saw my account balance increase that I truly believed: oh, it’s real! There really is an exchange that gives out free stuff!
Later, I slowly tried to do it, persisted, summarized some tips, and unknowingly turned it into a daily must-do. It has become a habit!
What truly warms my heart is sister @heyibinance's complaints at that time. She jokingly said on Twitter: 'Our wallet is safe, but the experience is still lacking a bit.' At that time, the wallet had just been launched and would occasionally lag, cross-chain was slow, and the interface was quite complex. To be honest, having these issues with a newly launched product is quite normal.
But during that time, everyone probably remembers — sister was personally involved every day, responding to everyone’s questions herself, then @ing the responsible team to collect suggestions, adopt them, and make changes. Step by step, as problems were identified and solved, the Binance wallet gradually became smoother.
Later on, Binance Wallet Alpha was launched, and the most tangible benefit is definitely the income.
Let's conservatively calculate: from April to August, five months, 100 airdrops. Many early periods were $100 or $120, and at peak times even several hundred dollars. Let's calculate low; each period is $50, so 100 periods amount to $5,000 (this does not include trading competitions, just airdrops).
Thinking bigger: suppose there are 20,000 people receiving airdrops each time, and each person gets $50. That's $1 million for one event, and for 100 periods, that's $100 million. In these past few months, Binance has distributed over $100 million just in airdrops. Which exchange can do this?
However, later the platform added deduction rules, and risk control became stricter, so the actual amount received may be a bit less. Conservatively estimated, around $3,000 over five months, which is roughly 20,000 yuan. That’s about 4,000 yuan per month for a family, which is equivalent to an additional high salary. If it’s a family with several members, it’s even more ideal!
To put it simply: in third-tier cities, salaries are generally around 3,000 to 4,000 yuan a month. The extra income from Alpha can nearly provide an additional month’s living expenses for a family, which can really solve urgent problems for many people.
I have two friends who are temporarily unemployed, and my cousin who just graduated. I remember at that time I told them to spend some time doing tasks every day. Although they wouldn't make a fortune, earning a little pocket money every month can indeed relieve some pressure. I've also seen mothers and students participating, and everyone genuinely treats this as a form of 'part-time job.'
(Of course, this is a rough estimate from April to August. Although the monthly income is currently only about $300, a family of three can still earn $700 to $800, which is more than 5,000 yuan, and it is worth it)
Another great point: the rules of Alpha are always changing. Binance is genuinely working hard for fairness.
From having few restrictions at the beginning to later adding a points system and deductions, implementing slider verification, and 15-minute pre-checks, as well as banning many who used scripts to cheat, it's evident that the platform is striving for balance.
We need to ensure that activities can continue indefinitely while trying to give real users opportunities. It's crucial that community feedback is genuinely taken into account; otherwise, how could Binance adhere to the principle of user supremacy all along!
To be honest, the mechanism of Binance reaching 100 periods relies on really getting things done and genuinely caring about users. Many official personnel (like @heyibinance, @sisibinance, @yayabinance) actively respond to questions in the group and on Twitter. It's not the kind of aloof company; it’s a team that truly has warmth and responds to users. Being able to find someone to solve a problem is so important for user experience.
By the way, the web version of Binance Wallet @BinanceWallet has launched recently, and the experience has improved significantly, especially suitable for meme players. Everyone should try it out!
I've summarized a few thoughtful points:
1) Supports BSC and Solana, the two mainstream chains, covering most meme projects;
2) Pre-set GAS fees and network fees, no need to adjust every time, saving time;
3) Can filter tokens by security level and liquidity, making it convenient to find;
4) The Meme Rush section, trading interface, and data (K-line, transaction records, liquidity changes) are all on one screen, making it easy to operate;
5) Address monitoring can be imported in bulk and grouped for monitoring, making it easy to focus on 'smart money' addresses;
6) The fee experience is also better than many tools on the market, with fees of only 0.25%, while most other platforms are 1% or even higher!
It is still in beta, and occasionally there are minor issues, but the progress is very noticeable. For those of us who make money through speed and information gaps, the web version truly saves time and is efficient. We also look forward to the official version coming soon!
Having been in this industry for so long, the most frustrating thing is still 'not being able to find anyone when problems arise.' Platform customer service is always a robot, and project teams either play dead or delete comments.
But during this time spent at Binance, I really feel different. It’s not that they never make mistakes, but whether you are a big influencer or a newcomer, if you say 'I encountered a problem', there will always be someone to lend a hand.
In these 100 periods of Alpha, I've seen someone use airdrop earnings to buy an anniversary gift for his wife, I've seen a mother use this to earn money for her child's formula, and I've seen unemployed friends rely on it to get through tough times. This is not a myth of overnight wealth, but rather an opportunity for ordinary people — spending a little spare time to earn some real money through hard work.
Now I habitually check Alpha every day. If I skip a day, I feel like something is missing. Just like using Binance, it has become a part of my life!
Watching it evolve from its initial simplicity to becoming increasingly smooth;
Watching Binance Wallet evolve from 'hard to use' to 'indispensable';
Watching those familiar IDs in the team, always waiting to help everyone solve problems whether it's the weekend or late at night — this sense of reliability is more reassuring than making money.
The 100 periods are just the beginning. Whether it’s new gameplay from Alpha or new features from the wallet, I plan to continue accompanying it. After all, in this industry where platforms easily 'run away', encountering one that is willing to improve gradually and genuinely cares about users is truly not easy.
Finally, I want to sincerely say: for friends who haven't tried it yet, you can really take a look. You don’t need to invest much money, just spend a few minutes understanding the rules. What if it suits you?
Even if you don't want to participate for the time being, I recommend paying more attention to Binance's activities — in this day and age, there aren't many platforms where you can follow along with peace of mind.
Thanks to Binance for creating Alpha, allowing ordinary people to touch the door of Web3; also thanks to the friends who accompanied me along the way, and the tips and reminders shared in the group.
Thanks to big brother @cz_binance and sister @heyibinance for cultivating such excellent employees. Thanks to Sisi, Yaya, Ying Ge, and all the outstanding employees of Binance, as well as all the wonderful Binance angels, for building such a beloved Binance for everyone! Thank you for this big family!
I believe in the future, Binance will continue to improve, and more and more people will join and use it. For me, 100 periods is not the end; it’s a new starting point — I hope there will be more activities that allow ordinary people to participate and truly share in the dividends.
To all Binance princes and princesses, let’s keep building $BNB together! #Binance #币安Alpha百文大赛
