Why Do Crypto Traders Sit Uncomfortably?
I came across a rare photo of crypto traders by another Binance creator, and got the idea that most of us do not sit in a comfortable position.
As far as I know, this is due to the built-in designs of our laptops that encourage hunched and forward-leaning postures. The aim is to get closer to the mouse, screen, and keyboard. This can eventually lead to a "C-shaped" spine and strain on the neck, back, and shoulders.
Are you risking our health for cryptocurrencies and trading? I asked a medical expert, and they replied "yes." They said that traders usually remain worried about the ups and downs going on in the crypto industry every day.
It is okay to keep an eye on the market and sit at the laptop for hours doing the work. However, it is not okay to sit in a position that doesn't provide any support to our neck, shoulders, back, and other parts of the body.
What is your typical position when you trade or look at the stats?
