Bo Hines, the former executive director of the White House Crypto Council, just resigned last week after spending less than seven months in that position.
Guess what? Right after he left, job offers came pouring in, over 50 of them! And the five he's seriously considering are all in the cryptocurrency field, so it seems he's planning to delve deeper into this industry and isn't thinking about returning to politics for now.
Speaking of which, he didn't waste his time at the White House; he accomplished quite a bit. For example, he helped push through a stablecoin bill and a bunch of executive orders related to blockchain, which really aided the regulatory development in these two areas.
However, he also mentioned that the job isn't finished yet. Congress is still debating a fairly comprehensive bill aimed at establishing more rules for the cryptocurrency market. He didn’t say whether the bill would pass, just that "they will sort it out," which shows he’s quite confident.
By the way, after he left, his former deputy Patrick Witt took over his position. It seems that we’ll need to keep an eye on the upcoming policy trends in the cryptocurrency field~$ETH #美国7月PPI年率高于预期
