Start with a 30% trial position
No matter how beautiful the K-line looks, the first trade only uses a 30% position to verify the direction.
If the direction is wrong, the loss is controllable; if the direction is right, immediately move to the second step.
Add to the position in the direction of the trend
Once the direction is verified, immediately add another 20% position to expand the profit exposure.
It’s not about going all in at once, but letting the market help you increase your position.
Lock profits on winning trades
Once profits reach 15%-20%, immediately move the stop-loss to lock in profits, not giving the market a chance to pull back.
Do not be soft-hearted on losing trades
If losses exceed 3% of the total account funds, immediately cut losses, absolutely do not increase the position and hold on.
Many inexperienced traders fail at the first step—going all in right away.
