吴说获悉，据日经新闻报道，日本金融服务厅 (FSA) 计划将加密货币税制改革纳入其 2026 年税收修订方案。改革方案包含两个关键部分。首先，它包括修订税法，将加密货币从综合税改为与股票相同的类别。其次，它包括一项法律修正案，将加密货币重新归类为金融产品，使 FSA 能够根据《金融工具与交易法》适用内幕交易规则、披露标准和投资者保护措施。目前，日本将加密货币收益列为「杂项收入」征税，税率为累进制，一旦计入地方税，税率可能超过 50%。而股票和债券则需缴纳 20% 的统一税。

吴说获悉，据 Arkham 监测，Mantle Treasury L1SPV-E1: 0x1a…D6b2 于本日 14:57 UTC+8 向 Bybit Deposit 转移了 450 万枚 ENA，价值约 340 万美元。在过去 4 天，Mantle Treasury L1SPV-E1 已合计向 Bybit Deposit 转移了 872.5 万枚 ENA，价值约 619 万美元。目前 Mantle Treasury L1SPV-E1 仍持有 953.4 万枚 ENA，价值约 722 万美元。

吴说获悉，据官方公告，USDJ Sunset 计划清退截止日期正式延长至 2025 年 9 月 30 日。官方将于 2025 年 8 月 31 日后停止流动性支持，系统关停后 USDJ 将转为浮动汇率机制。官方强烈建议所有用户在 9 月 30 日前及时完成还款及抵押物提取，避免因仓位清算造成资产损失。系统终止运行后，官方将长期保留 CDP 资产提取通道与 USDJ/TRX 兑换服务，具体关停时间将另行公告。
