Huma Finance is doing something very clear! 🤔

It can bring real-world cash flow onto the chain and let it flow in a DeFi way.

Traditional on-chain lending basically requires collateralizing crypto assets to borrow money, but Huma's idea is to introduce RWAs (Real World Assets), such as accounts receivable, subscription income, and payroll of enterprises, and "package" these predictable future cash flows into on-chain financeable assets through smart contracts. In this way, borrowers do not have to sell their assets and can get 70%-90% of the cash flow in advance. For investors, these assets themselves have real repayment sources, and the risk is relatively controllable.

The role of the HUMA token in the ecosystem is not only governance voting, but it is also linked to staking and incentives - staking HUMA or stablecoins can earn income and points, and may be exchanged for airdrops or exclusive rights in the future. More importantly, this model allows DeFi to no longer be just "crypto people playing with crypto money", but directly connected to real business activities, with more sustainable growth potential. @Huma Finance 🟣 #HumaFinance $HUMA
