#BNBBreaksATH

Reasons for BNB's rise and its breaking of the all-time high (ATH)

1. Strong demand from institutions

BNB saw significant purchases from companies like Nano Labs and Windtree Capital. For example, Nano Labs raised its stake to 120,000 tokens worth approximately $90 million during off-exchange trading, contributing to the price reaching record levels.

In addition, CEA Industries, listed on NASDAQ, announced the purchase of 200,000 BNB tokens worth about $160 million, making it the largest institutional holder of this currency globally, within the framework of establishing the first BNB Treasury Company in the United States.

2. Decreased supply through token burns

Binance continued its regular token burning program, where over a billion dollars worth of BNB was burned when it reached a peak of $852 on July 28, resulting in a reduced supply and supporting price increases.

Furthermore, the company's ongoing burning operations over time have contributed to reducing supply by more than 25%, supporting long-term value.

3. Expansion of the Binance ecosystem

The expansion of Binance's multiple services like BNB Chain, Binance Pay, AI-supported trading tools, and staking options for users and institutions contributed to increased demand for BNB and attracted new users.

The BNB Chain has also witnessed a remarkable expansion in the realm of tokenized assets (RWA), with an increase exceeding 1,500% in value reaching $42.9 million, adding new uses for the currency and increasing its demand.

4. Overall positive market momentum

The digital currency incentive market, especially with new caps for other markets like Bitcoin and Ethereum, created a positive climate that BNB bounced back on, as Bitcoin's increases generally boost investor confidence in alternative currencies.

5. Technical indicators supporting continued momentum

The price surpassed the price resistance at $861.10 – the previous high recorded by BNB on July 28, and began to reach new levels like $900, with some analysts starting to talk about potential targets reaching $1,000.

The analyst BitBull considered that the currency has entered what is known as the "expansion phase", and predicted it will reach $1,000 before the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, and possibly even higher than $2,000 later.
