Justin Sun has sued Bloomberg to stop the release of what he calls highly confidential financial data, including detailed cryptocurrency holdings provided for the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
He claims the planned publication, unrelated to the index, would cause him serious financial and physical harm and is seeking an injunction after a cease-and-desist request was rejected.
